Excellent Stay Near the Parks!

Quinto provided very nice assistance during check-in! He addressed all our concerns with amazing patience and kindness. Revan facilitated an early check-in for me, helpful and appreciated after my travel. The location is super convenient, with a shuttle service offering easy access to Universal's attractions!!!
The towel supply was occasionally limited. We sometimes needed to request extra towels from the front desk.

The shuttle service offered frequent transportation to the nearby parks, which saved us time and money on parking fees. The fitness center included several treadmills and weight machines.

Staff members were consistently friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. Yomary spoke Spanish and provided amazing service at the front desk, she addressed all our questions promptly and efficiently!
